This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to provide user researchers, service designers and possibly business analysts to perform discovery work on multiple business areas and their associated processes. The focus is limited to the Parks Australia Division in the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment. The output will be a detailed set of business requirements and user stories to determine potential digital solutions that meet the Parks Australia business needs for the development of a new IT System in the alpha stage of the project.
