Payments Management System Redesign

⁠⁠⁠Sellers are invited to submit a quote to provide a team of resources to produce the following high-quality products to support the design of a new IT system to manage Australian Government payments to school authorities and higher education providers and have those entities account for the funds, noting the:

• Documentation of high-level business requirements
• Documentation of detailed business requirements in the form of Epics, Features User Stories and Tasks)
• Documentation of functional requirements and non-functional requirements that add up to tangible deliverables.
• Documentation of possible candidate technology options for a new payment management technology aligned to the department’s current technology stack and Whole of Government technology, principles and policy

The Seller must articulate the above suite of documents and deliverables in a format that will allow the department to deliver a combined or separate replacement payment system/s for SEMIS and UniPay.
