Tender Description
At project completion, the following outcomes are expected:
- New roofing, gutters, boxing, flashing in surrounding area of HVAC units.
- New structural supports for HVAC units.
- New ducting insulation.
- New steel mesh deck and access ways.
- New structural membrane surrounding HVAC units.
- New dark grey louvre system to sides of all plant. New dark grey louvre system to roof of plant.
- New/modified access doors.
- New vermin proof mesh to ensure plant is fully sealed.
NOTE: Non-compulsory site meeting Thursday 10th February at 10am meeting outside the front of Echuca Library
