Appendix C - Contractor Verification Checklist. Note: if previously submitted within the last six months and still valid, then you are not required to resubmit.
All contractors, their employess and and any sub-contractors who are on-site must be Necci inducted. No induction card, no entry on Council sites. Induction web site is www.inductme.com.au/necci
All contractors, their employees and any sub-contractors are to be Covid19 double vaxxed in order to enter our work sites.
