Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the works associated with the supply of materials and labour for the upgrade of an amenity block located in Tunks Park.
The upgrade aims at addressing a poor condition of the existing changeroom / toilet amenities and includes the following: demolition of nominated walls and finishes, installation of a new canteen, brick and block construction, light timber framing, extension of roof, installation of new window, ceramic tiling and waterproofing, painting, hydraulic and electrical services, ceilings and signage.

Submissions in sealed envelopes marked with the quotation number 39/2021 and clearly labelled ‘Tunks Park Amenity Block Upgrade’ must be submitted in accordance with conditions of tendering by 3.00 pm on 30 March 2022.
