Austin Health is seeking responses to this Invitation for Request for Quote for the supply of Intraocular Lenses to TSC Repat.
This Invitation for RFQ seeks to:
- Supply Intraocular Lenses (IOLs) which consist of but not limited to single piece monofocal, EDOF and Toric lenses posterior chamber lenses, 3-piece posterior chamber lenses and anterior chamber lenses;
- Lock in a fixed price, regardless of model options for the duration of the Contract Term;
- Obtain a panel list of vendors to supply the required Goods and Services.
