Robinvale Leisure Centre Expansion

⁠⁠⁠Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking experienced Commercial Construction Contractors to carry out works associated with the expansion of the Robinvale Leisure Centre.

Works include construction of an additional highball court, gym/group fitness room extension and a new meeting room space. All works are to be carried out in line with key relevant sporting guidelines, stakeholders/community expectations and funding requirements.

Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:

Price

The Tender will be evaluated based on best value. Best value is determined by the overall score received from the evaluation criteria below in comparison to the price.

Compliance with Specifications (30%)

The Tenderer needs to response and address all, part or some of the requirements outlined in the specification document

Track Record (20%)

The Tenderer needs to demonstrate if they have completed work for Council before.

The Tenderer needs to advise the number of the same or similar projects they have completed previously.

The Tenderer needs to provide the details of the references from the previous projects.

Availability of Skills/Resources (30%)

The Tenderer needs to provide satisfactory evidences to prove they have appropriate skills and resources to accomplish the project satisfactorily.

Social Economic Benefit (10%)

Demonstrate the social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality provide supporting documentation of contributions made to the community in the form of donation or free services etc.

Environmental Benefit (10%)

Demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability
