The City of Sydney invites Requests for Tender for carrying out Supply and installation of fitout works on the ground floor Arcade and basement Food Court common areas at Pittsway Arcade, 303 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 under the Pittsway Arcade Food Court Refurbishment Project.

The Pittsway Arcade food court is outdated and in poor condition and at end of life for materials and fittings. The overall intent is to provide a refreshed look and feel that will encourage more customers to use the basement food court and help reduce vacancy.

The Pittsway food court is also currently part of the City's food waste collection service therefore this upgrade of dining furniture and garbage bins will be essential to ensure that the waste stations support the separation of food waste for recycling. Approximately 75-80% of the waste generated from this site is food waste which requires appropriate infrastructure to ensure this waste is captured and recycled.
