Tender Description
The work to be performed under this Contract includes but is not limited to the items outlined in the Tender Documents and any miscellaneous ancillary works required to achieve the intent as shown on the Contract Documents.
The site comprises Camperdown Memorial Rest Park located at Federation Road, Lennox and Church Streets in the suburb of Newtown NSW 2042. The work under contract (“WUC”) broadly comprises:
- Minor excavation of existing pavement and ground cover for utilities, services and foundations;
- Installation of new utilities and services;
- Construction of a new public toilet with three cubicles (one fully accessible) and a single storage room;
WUC as covered by this Contract includes the planning, management and supervision, ordering, supply and co-ordination of delivery of all materials (unless otherwise specified) and the cost of all labour, equipment, machinery, applications, testing, certificates, shop drawings, profits, overheads and making good as necessary to complete the works as detailed in the Contract Documents.
Site works are to commence in April 2022 and are to be completed no later than 31 July 2022.
