Tender Description
Housing ACT provides social housing and specialist homelessness funding to meet the needs and circumstances of low income and disadvantaged people in the ACT. Housing ACT reports separately as a public trading enterprise (PTE) and treated as a ‘not-for-profit’ entity. Housing ACT sits within the Community Services Directorate, ACT Government.
Housing ACT property and client records are currently paper based. This project aims to digitally transform current paper based practices in-line with the Territory Records ACT 2002, the associated Standard and Guidelines for Records, Information and Data, and associated Housing related Acts.
The scope includes:
