Forward Procurement Notification – Industry Briefing Session
Queensland Health will be holding an industry briefing session on Thursday 10th March ( 10 -11:30am - Qld time) in relation to the supply of Contingent Labour to supplement its workforce to deliver Public Health services and meet community expectations.
Queensland Health (QH) requires access to Contingent Labour, Temporary and Contracted Workers to supplement its workforce to deliver Public Health services and meet community expectations.
This upcoming tender activity will establish a new Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) - Preferred Supplier Panel (PSP) for provision of Contingent Labour, Temporary and Contracted Workers. The panel will contain ‘Categories” which represents the multiple clinical care & allied health services required to deliver a Public Health service to Queenslanders.
Category 1 - Nursing & Midwifery;
Category 2 – Medical Officers;
Category 3 – Allied Health Professions; and
Category 4 – Dental Professions
The objectives of the session:
- forward procurement notification;
- understanding market landscape and gauge industry interest;
- test strategy to bundle Contingent Labour requirements under a single Standing Offer Arrangement;
- highlight Queensland Labour Hire licence requirement; and
- provide project timeframe (indicative only)
