ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Gilgandra is located in the central west of New South Wales approximately half way between Melbourne and Brisbane and approximately 45 minutes north of the regional centre of Dubbo. Gilgandra has a population of 2700 people with 4700 living in the district.
ABOUT THE TENDER: Gilgandra Shire Council (GSC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can provide a high standard of capability in the design, supply and installation of a new package sewer pump station (SPS) to replace the existing SPS in Mavis St, Gilgandra, known as SPS10.

SUBMISSIONS: Gilgandra Shire Council requests tenderers to submit their tender via the electronic tender box (see option below) using either the attached word or pdf version of the Schedule.

STATEMENT OF BUSINESS ETHICS: Gilgandra Shire Council will undertake this tender in accordance with its Statement of Business Ethics.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 11am on Friday, 25 February 2022 and submissions must be FULLY RECEIVED BY THIS TIME. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
