Tender Description
Maintenance works include:
- High-pressure washing of concrete componentry to remove road debris, silt, lichen and water staining (including provisions for suitable encapsulation and filtration of wastewater from entering the waterway such as the use of hydrophobic absorbent pads or equivalent).
- Undertake concrete patch repair (various locations) which may include steel reinforcement treatment (various locations, as required).
- Preparation and application of an approved three-coat paint treatment to the bridge concrete kerb and bridge posts and railing after sufficient cure of any masonry repairs have been completed.
- All other activities required to complete the Works as specified
