Granville Park Fields 3, 4 & 5 Floodlighting Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Contractors to upgrade the floodlighting at Granville Park Fields 3, 4 & 5. The upgrade is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFx.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the pricing schedules herein.

Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)

All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on 10 February 2022 at 10am

Please note that all respondents who intend to access the site for inspection, must comply with the following:

• No more than 3 persons at site inspection per company
• All persons attending the site must show proof of the COVID-19 Digital Vaccination Certificate.
• All visitors must comply with the NSW Public Health order.
• All Contractors, who attend the pretender site inspection, must adhere to the restrictions applying to construction workers living in Local Government Area of Concern. Any worker that forms part of this group whose place of residence is in one of the Local Government Area of Concern must carry the required evidence when on site and produce it on request to Council, a police officer or authorised officer. It is the responsibility of the Respondents to ensure their workers do not breach the NSW public health order
• All Respondents must sign pre-tender site attendance sheet.
• Masks and appropriate PPE to be worn at all times.
