Tender Description
The works have been broken up into four packages to allow simplify pricing by civil/landscape contractors and specialist boardwalk/bridge contractors.
Council would prefer to award one contract for all works but reserves the right to award two separate contracts reflective of these skill sets.
Tenderers can provide a price for:
- Civil Works (all works for sub packages E1 and E2 including liaison with the bridge/boardwalk contractor completing package E3) or;
- Bridge/Boardwalk Works (all works for sub packages E3 and F including liaison with the civil contractor completing package E1 and E2) or;
- All Works Package E1, E2, E3 and F
