Tender Description
The Police Paddocks recreation and sports area in Dandenong North includes a softball and baseball precinct comprised of multiple fields and a pavilion. There is currently no batting practice cage at the site.
The City of Greater Dandenong is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to build a new three-lane softball practice batting cage.
The new cage is designed to Softball Australia and Baseball Australia guidelines. It will be fully enclosed with a weatherproof roof and interior and exterior lighting. This contract includes site preparation, the batting cage, synthetic surfacing, lighting and electrical works.
No Pre-tender site inspection:
There is no formal pre-tender site inspection. It is expected that tenderer’s will perform their own site visit to fully familiarise themselves.
The site of the practice cage is approximately a 230-metre walk along the access road from the locked gate.
