About the Project
HWC are considering a new facility to be located within their existing Tomago site, that would provide an Electrical Mechanical Maintenance (EMM) workshop, EMM offices and Capability Engineering offices. These functions are currently housed in various buildings scattered across the Tomago site, however due to their age and condition, a new centrally located facility is being proposed. The existing EMM workshop will remain (and be repurposed), however the EMM office which is currently in a temporary style building will likely be removed from site. The future of the multiple existing buildings that serve the Capability Engineering team is currently uncertain (they could remain or be demolished).
Hunter Water is looking for a service provider to provide the services associated with design and construction of a new facility at Tomago to meet the functional requirements.
