Microsoft Surface Hubs Accessories

⁠⁠⁠Enclosed in the document is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for one (1) Microsoft Surface Hub 2S 50”, one (1) Microsoft Surface Hub 2S 85”, and various accessories. You are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections:

1. Standard Form SF-18
2. Statement of Work

If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of the attached Standard Form SF-18 and submit it to the address shown on block 5a of the Standard Form 18 that follows this letter

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Vendors are required to have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. For the instructions and a step-by-step guide for DUNS, NCAGE, and SAM registration please visit www.sam.gov . The registration process is not immediate, so interested quoters who are not already registered in SAM are advised to begin the registration process well in advance of the quotation due date.
