Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders from suitably experienced commercial cleaning contractors to provide commercial cleaning services across various City of Swan buildings and public facilities located in Midland Place and suburb of Gidgegannup.
The Contract shall be in force for a period of thirty six (36) months from 1 June 2022 until 31 May 2025.
The Principal will not be submitting an in-house Tender.
