Scope of Work
Design and Construction (D&C) of fire mitigation system within Hope Downs 1 warehouse
Suppliers may have the opportunity for a site visit to make recommendations.
- Design fire mitigation system in line with RTIO Standards:
- SS-M121 Fire Mitigation Assessment Standard
- SS-M122 Fire Mitigation Design and Installation Standard
- Construction of fire mitigation system as per approved design, equipment may include, but not limited to the following:
- Fire detection and alarm system
- External twin head fire hydrants
- Mounted fire hose reel
- Portable fire extinguishers
