EPSDD seeks to engage an experienced Consultant to prepare a Place Plan and Planning Report, including completion of necessary supporting technical assessments, in collaboration with key stakeholders and the community to support a Territory Plan Variation (TPV) process to guide the future of the East Lake urban renewal area.
