Tender Description
Development Victoria will seek responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to appoint an expert engagement and communication consultant to deliver innovative and effective strategic stakeholder and community engagement activities to support the urban planning & delivery of the Ivanhoe Tank Site residential project.
The project is an apartment development of up to 12 storeys, including basement carparking. It will have a focus on sustainable and affordable residential outcomes, with a focus on community.
The RFP is anticipated to be available through the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal in February 2022.
The services will be delivered using a standard Development Victoria consultancy agreement (Minor Services).
The Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Strategic Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework will apply to this procurement.
