VicTrack would like to update potential Tenderers with advice that the Newport Railway Workshops, Tarpaulin Shed roof refurbishment works’ tender will be released to the market by mid-to-late February 2022, pending stakeholder approvals.

The tender includes:

• Carpentry with provision of timber roof repairs and replacement
• Supply and Install roofing, including accessories such as gutters, downpipes as depicted in the tender drawings
• Supply and Install new Welsh slate where required as per the tender drawings
• Painting to external and internal surfaces of the building

Tender documents will be accessible via the VicTrack Electronic Procurement System (ZYCUS) only. Suppliers will have to register for Zycus to access any and all VicTrack Tendered request for tender documentation

Tenderers are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution. Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.
