This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Resources to perform roles including:
Applications Support Analysts (Learning Centre, Service Desk and Problem Management teams), Security Support Analysts, Digital Information Assurance Support, Technical and Release Support, Business Analysts, e-Learning content creators to support and development of a wide range of program related ICT products and services owned by the department, as well as the management of security accreditation programs for ICT products, provider operations and third-party systems.
Roles include Investigation and resolution of technical issues, Investigation and improvement of support and delivery processes, Digital Information Assurance Assessment and ISO Auditing, process reviews and improvements, writing process, training, and operational documentation, and Creation and delivery of e-learning content.
