Four Combined Park Redevelopment Projects (Banchory Green, Blacknight Way, Centenary Park, Melton Botanical Gardens) (EOI Contract Number: 22-030)
The City of Melton is planning to undertake the construction four park projects during 2022. These projects have been designed by the City of Melton City Design team. Each project will form its own contract and will run a separate tender process.
The project values range from approximately $300,000 to $800,000 and will comprise of: Upgraded play equipment; play structures and leisure features, new or upgraded picnic facilities, BBQs, pergolas, and seating. New or improved landscaping, plants, trees and garden beds. New or improved drainage, service connections, water fountains and electrical services.
Objective to deliver the construction, project management and 24-month maintenance for each project.
