Tender Description

The City of Greater Dandenong (the “Principal”) invites tenders for: 2122-24 Rowley Allan Reserve – Netball Courts Redevelopment (the “Project”) as detailed in the Tender Documents.

 
This Specification covers the reconstruction of the existing netball court to a half court and the addition of a compliant netball court to the south of existing.
 
The existing Netball Club Room will remain on the eastern boundary of existing court, including the shelter to the north of the Club Room. Both existing light poles will be made redundant and removed. Special care must be taken to protect the existing picnic setting to the north of existing court, public toilets and maintenance shed and water tank on eastern boundary. The new court development will consist of a half netball court, to be used for training & warmup. To the south will be a new compliant netball court including sports lighting and players/scorers' shelters.
 
The site is at the Rowley Allan Recreational Reserve, Cheltenham and accessible off Cheltenham Road.
