Tender Description
Design, development, delivery and support of a new NCA eLodgement System specifically for the purpose of receiving and processing Works Approval applications ('Phase One').
The National Capital Authority (NCA) requires a suitably qualified and experienced application development service provider (the Seller) to deliver a new eLodgement System within a Microsoft Azure (Protected) ICT environment.
The System is required to process Works Approval and Letter of Consistency applications outlined as 'Phase One' of the overall eLodgement System Project.
A commercial-off-the-shelf Software-as-a-SaaS (COTS SAAS) System product with minimal need for customisation or configuration will be preferred over bespoke systems that require more targeted service and maintenance.
The System should use Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) technology and integrate seamlessly with the NCA’s corporate applications such as Microsoft (Exchange & Office Suite), Technology One (Finance), ESRI ArcGIS (Geospatial), GovCMS (website), Westpac (payment gateway), and TRIM CM9 (Information and Records Management).
The System will provide detailed, timely, and accurate data reporting to meet NCA service charter requirements in a range of formats.
A delivery timeframe of the new eLodgement System into 'Production' through this financial year is required to meet evolving critical NCA Works Approval business needs.
