This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The aim of the ERP program is to consolidated DAWE onto single FMIS and HRIS systems. This has initiated the requirement to engage an experienced Training Manager to train staff on the new business processes and systems with materials and approaches that are fit for purpose.
This role is integral to the success of the next phase of the ERP program to ensure staff are transitioned with full knowledge needed to complete their roles.
Key deliverables will be:
- Training needs analysis
- Training plan
- Production of training and support documentation
- Produce structure, content and deliver information sessions and face to face learning on the departments full ERP offering
- Ensure training and support materials are fit for purpose to the users they are targeted at supporting including business process information
- Work with program leadership and change managers to ensure key messages are delivered through the program training and support material
- Demonstrate leadership, versatility, and integrity
- Build productive working relationships with program staff and business areas
