Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to construct a new café and amenities, and a new playground, at Charles Heath Reserve, Five Dock.
Charles Heath reserve is adjacent to Five Dock Leisure Centre and is an ideal location for a new playground, and food and beverage offering adjacent. This scope of works includes the construction of a new café and amenities building adjacent to the Leisure Centre, and a new playground with improved landscape areas on Charles Heath Reserve. Minor demolition works are also required.
