The Western Parkland City Authority (Authority) is conducting a tender for standard grade A commercial leasehold tenancies in the proposed first building to be delivered in Bradfield City Centre (First Building).
The First Building is a hub for advanced manufacturing and includes a visitor centre, office space and exhibition areas.
The First Building defines the ambition and vision of Bradfield City Centre. It’s the start of a new industry-led ecosystem to connect and attract local and global industry partners, and to nurture and grow a work-force skilled for the future. The building has sustainability at its core, setting the benchmark for the new city with a 6 star Green Star rating.
To support the early activation of Bradfield City Centre, the Authority is seeking interested respondents to locate in the First Building.
