Tender Description
Services Summary:
Airservices requires Mechanical Services (the Services), which may include maintenance to the following equipment categories, but is not limited to:
Category 1 – Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) (primary requirement); and
Category 2 – Generators.
The objective of the Services are to provide the safe operation, continuous availability and maximise the effective asset life of the equipment, including electrical safety, and ensure that all statutory safety measures are maintained to not less than the standard to which it was designed.
Staging:
Airservices requires maintenance on the assets as detailed under Appendix B to be conducted in stages.
Stage 1 assets are considered to be those that are not subject to the requirements of CASR Part 171 and will be performed on contract commencement.
Stage 2 assets have complex maintenance requirements and are considered to be those that must meet the requirements of CASR Part 171. Stage 2 assets will be transitioned in 6 months from execution date, or a date otherwise stated by Airservices.
Maintenance Types:
Airservices requires both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to be performed as follows:
Appendix B – Asset List, both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance will be performed on all assets as per the maintenance staging. This represents the core work to be performed under the Contract.
Appendix D – Unscheduled Maintenance Sites – Unscheduled maintenance will be performed only, on an ad hoc basis, as requested by Airservices
