Tender Description
Ports Victoria manages the safe transit of vessels into and out of Victoria’s commercial ports. Its responsibilities include:
- channel management and safe navigation in the waters of the ports of Melbourne, Geelong and Hastings
- waterside emergency and marine pollution response
- the management of Station Pier as Victoria’s premier cruise shipping and interstate passenger ferry facility.
Tenders are sought from suitably experienced and reputable companies for the maintenance of electrical and electronic infrastructure, building services, and facilities, as well as staffing of gangways.
The works above cover electronic navigational system assets (excluding Aids to Navigation), building services on sites managed by Ports Victoria in Melbourne, Geelong and Hastings.
