Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ Brief Scope of Work: 

 
•Off site fabrication of architecturally designed buildings
 
•On site installation and construction finishing of buildings
 
•Construction of supporting infrastructure including solar, potable water and sewer
 
•General civil, vegetation clearing, and landscape work in the two precincts for required drainage, and pedestrian precinct access
 
•Provision of an aviation operator with helicopters capable of lift loads and operating in NPWS and Ben Boyd NP. Must have sling load experience and be able to be dedicated to the project
