Tender Description

 Scope of work

 
Rio Tinto has a requirement for supplier(s) to supply and install the items listed below: 
 
- Supply & install modular transit lounge building 
 
- Supply & install modular locker building 
 
- Supply & install 1x dry store & 1x freezer facility. Including supply of kitchen appliances for the kitchen
 
- Supply & install new bus shelter  
 
- Minor earthworks for services installations
 
- Civil & roadworks for heavy vehicle / light vehicle parking
 
- Landscaping throughout 
 
- 1x 480kL potable water tank 
 
The supplier must provide associated service connections and infrastructure (e.g. electrical / sewer / potable water / fire systems / communication systems / mechanical)
