ARTARMON PARKLAND PAVILION

Tender No. T03-2021

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the Construction of the Artarmon Parklands Pavilion. The role of the Construction Firm (Principal Contractor) is to construct the Artarmon Parklands Pavilion as per the Council Approved DA/CC drawings, obtain final SJB Architect's sign-off on completion and provide all the required certification/documentation to receive an Occupation Certificate.

The proposed upgrade of the former existing Artarmon Bowling Club requires that the main structure of the central (gabled roof) hall section of the existing building, basement and adjacent kitchen is retained and the demolition of various additions to the hall. The new Artarmon Parkland Pavilion will provide the community with 'state of the art' facilities and amenities, while still incorporating and interpreting heritage elements of the original 1957 building. Materials from the additions and modifications is to be removed and repurposed, as outlined in the Architectural Documentation.

Tenders are to be submitted online - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:

and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Wednesday 22nd December 2021.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
