Tender Description
The reconstruction of Montague Avenue has been identified by Baw Baw Shire Council as a priority project to address poor road conditions and drainage improvement works.
Funds have been allocated in the 21/22 Capital Works Program for the completion of this project.
The works include but are not limited to:
- Service locating and proving works at potential conflict points including property connections;
- Underground storm water drainage installation and pit construction;
- Kerb and Channel construction including relevant crossovers and vehicle crossings;
- Footpath construction as setout in detailed drawings attached;
- Pavement construction of carriageway and relevant line marking;
- Site reinstatement including top soil where required; and
- Additional works deems appropriate and/or nominated in conjunction with Council's Superintendent.
