The successful tenderer will:
• be an experienced and qualified construction company with extensive experience in sportsfields construction including Synthetic Fields installations and have a proven ability.
• be the Head contractor for the construction of the proposed project as detailed in the scope.
• appoint the Council’s preferred contractor selected through a sperate tender process for the installation of the synthetic fields as the subcontractor of the head contractor.
• ensure that the appointment of the Synthetic Fields subcontractor will be in accordance with the tender submitted by the company to Council and post tender clarifications as well as the terms and conditions agreed with Council.
