Tender Description
Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking quotations for a contractor to manage and operate a Smart Working Hub / Co-working Space in Picton which is at the centre of the Wollondilly Shire LGA.
The proposed site will be the Old Post Office building which is located on the corner of Argyle and Menangle Street's, Picton.
The Smart Hub has the potential to provide a centrally located co-working facility for small business, start-up businesses, community groups, government agencies and minor events. The Smart Hub will include a range of different workspaces including office space leasing, flexible and regular workspaces, meeting, training and event spaces to hire.
