The Bureau is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Risk Coordinator with significant strategic, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing risks associated with the Bureau’s major projects. The role will have a particular focus on the ROBUST program, a comprehensive rebuild of the Bureau's ICT systems and related business processes and applications.
The Project Risk Coordinator will ensure the Bureau’s major projects are aligned with required outcomes of through the promotion of best-practice project risk management. In line with the ROBUST Risk Management Plan and the Bureau's Enterprise Risk Framework, the Project Risk Coordinator will ensure a consistent approach to risk is applied across all the Bureau’s major programs, developing and implementing standardised processes and frameworks.
The Project Risk Coordinator will work closely with the Program and Project Managers to identify, assess, treat, document and review risks to the project. They will manage and lead the reporting and ensure the Bureau is prepared for reviews and audits as required for gateways and stewardship. The Project Risk Coordinator will provide advice and formal reporting to the Program Director and governance boards on the management of project risks.
