Tender Description
Tenders are invited for DAWE AVE, FINLEY - ROAD, DRAINAGE AND FOOTPATH CONSTRUCTION as detailed in the specification, drawings and the schedules.
The successful Tenderer will supply all materials to carry out the works.
Compaction testing will be required for pavement material to show compliance with the specification and this should be included in a Quality Plan that is required to be submitted and approved prior to commencement.
Tenders are to be submitted on the attached Schedule.
SCOPE
The Successful Tenderer Shall:
1. Provide all preconstruction safety, quality and environmental management documentation
2. Undertake relevant investigations such as Dial Before You Dig, service locations and third-party
permits to work
3. Supply all labour, equipment and material to reconstruct the existing road pavement as per drawings.
4. Supply all stormwater pipe, pit, bedding and backfill materials and construct stormwater drainage as
per drawings.
5. Supply and construct new kerb, gutter, pram ramps and stencilled infills for the new road.
