Tender Description
The Contract is for all works associated with the construction of two new netball courts as detailed on the drawings and specified herein, including all labour, materials and equipment.
The Works include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following items:
setting out Works and confirming dimensions;
site management including all temporary signage
stripping of vegetation
excavating for base material
supply and compacting of base material for concrete slab
excavating and pouring concrete footings for light tower
supply and pouring reinforced concrete slabs
supply and installing grated drains, interconnecting pipework and pits.
forming embankments
placing top soil and seeding
cleaning up of site;
The works are not included:
supply and installing a light tower and associated lighting
supply and install chainwire fences and gates
supply and install artificial court surface and line markings
