Tender Description
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is to seek a Contractor to perform unplanned and planned glazing services and maintenance, including reactive, renewal, minor works and routine maintenance services throughout the City of Stirling (City). The majority of this work will be through the Facilities, Projects & Assets Business Unit (FPABU) encompassing approximately 235 buildings and 200 associated minor asset structures.
Basis of Contract Award
The Contract is to be awarded to a single contractor for works valued up to $10,000. Works above $10,000 do not form part of this contract.
