Tender Description
The successful contractor will be required to undertake the renovation and re fit of the ground floor of the RCG Centre.
These works will include but are not limited to the following:
· Reconfiguring the existing floor plan to meet the needs of future tenants.
· Installation of additional internal offices.
· Demolition works to create new open plan spaces.
· Changes to the existing HVAC system.
· Supply and installation of new office furniture .
· All other required works.
