Litchfield Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the design, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of a new demountable site office at the Humpty Doo Waste Transfer Station.
The project includes the complete design and cyclone certification of the building, obtaining all required approvals and permits, manufacture, transportation, installation, internal fit-out, electrical and plumbing services, site preparation works, stormwater management, commissioning, and provision of all compliance documentation and occupancy approvals.
The new site office will complement the existing gatehouse facilities and support the growing operational requirements of the Humpty Doo Waste Transfer Station.
Tenderers are required to provide a turnkey solution and undertake the works while maintaining the safe and continuous operation of the transfer station and existing gatehouse facilities.
