Tender Description
PURPOSE: The purpose of the tender is to engage an experienced and suitably qualified Service Provider to supply and install new flood lighting at Tenambit Number 1 Oval, Tenambit Sports Complex, Tenambit, NSW. The works shall also include the decommissioning and disposal of the existing fittings and installation on new lighting control systems.
INVITATION:. Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a quote to the Council by the deadline.

SITE MEETING: A pre-tender meeting will not be held.
SERVICE PROVIDERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the quote and without limiting the service providers obligations, the service provider shall:
- submit a quote which includes all Schedules including the Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete;
- not submit a quote without a firm intention to proceed;
- not engage in any form of collusive practice;
- not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
