Disconnect all services Water/Power/Gas bottles to the existing building
Demolish and remove from the site all concrete & associated materials. Approximate building size 28 X 8 = 224 m2
All Earthworks are required to accommodate building levels to suit existing building levels. See soil report document.
Design & Construct a multiuser Building at Roy Day Park, Anakie Sapphire Rd, The Gemfields Approximate internal area 302m2 + Veranda 283m2 Refer to Architects Drawings for layout & detail.
Plumbing under-slab from sinks and hand basins as marked to the edge of building in preparation for future connection. Refer to design.
