Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new classroom Block and associated site works at Wooloowin State School on the adjacent site located at 84 Kedron Park Road, Wooloowin QLD 4030.
The project includes demolition of buildings from the old conference centre, an internal driveway and carpark, new green space and multipurpose court as well as walkways and site services. The new building is three levels and contains 7 Classrooms, 1 specialist music space, outdoor and practical learning spaces, amenities, staff rooms and associated spaces. The position of the building is on the old Warilda Conference Centre site (accessed via Kedron Park Road) that adjoins the back of Wooloowin State School. All works are to be completed by October 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 3 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
