This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department is seeking a suitably qualified vendor to provide services in two Phases. Phase 1 aims at completing agile discovery and alpha stages with a clear decision point for then proceeding to Phase 2 for the development of ICT capabilities for an Enterprise Pest Solution (EPS) and Compliance Based Intervention Scheme (CBIS). The discovery and alpha phases will target the delivery of the ‘minimum acceptable product’ (MAP) outlined in the Requirements to scope and design the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that will be implemented as a private beta.
The supplier will be responsible for delivering the project using an iterative, agile approach in accordance with the Digital Transformation Agency’s Digital Service Standard. The supplier is expected to commence discovery work in January 2022 with both discovery and alpha stages expected to be completed before end June 2022. While it is envisaged the supplier will allocate approximately 13 weeks to each stage, the department will consider other delivery timings proposed by the supplier.
