Tender Description
Queensland Rail is undertaking a market sounding exercise to inform the development of the delivery strategy for the Station Accessibility Upgrade Program (SAUP), Tranches 3, 4 & 5 (the Projects).
The purpose of the market sounding is to:
- Provide potential respondents with information on the Projects, including high level project scope and key focus areas;
- Outline and obtain market feedback on a proposed timetable for the procurement and delivery of the Projects;
- Obtain feedback from respondents on key the key drivers or considerations when packaging stations (if any) to assist in developing and finalising the procurement strategy;
- Identify construction suppliers with relevant experience, capability, capacity, and intent to deliver the Projects, specifically:
- Ascertain market interest and capacity to deliver the Projects;
- Identify issues of concern for the market regarding the proposed delivery timing;
- Experience in other delivery models such as alliances
