Construction of New Railcar Maintenance Facilities at Bellevue

⁠⁠⁠The Public Transport Authority is currently intending to procure the Services of a Contractor to construct the New Railcar Maintenance Facilities at Bellevue for the following:

Diesel Railcar Maintenance Facilities including;

• Diesel Railcar Maintenance Workshop Facility;
• DMU Provisioning Facility (including Fuel Tanks, Water Tanks, Toilet Discharge, and Refuelling Facility)
• DMU Railcar Wash Facility (and associated plant room);
• Wheel Lathe and Bogie Drop Facility; and
• Other associated infrastructure such as car parking and track (dual gauge and/or standard gauge).

B-series Maintenance Facilities;

• B-series Railcar Maintenance Workshop Facility;
• Roof and Bogie Wash Facility;
• EMU Internal Cleaning Facility and Equipment Store;
• EMU External Train Wash Facility;
• Drivers Sign-on Facility;
• Other associated infrastructure such as car parking and track (dual gauge and/or narrow gauge).

Stabling yard and overhead line infrastructure.
